Hala Jaloudi is a partner at Jaloudi Law and heads the personal injury department. She has practiced in all areas of personal injury including automobile accidents for over 27 years.
Prior to joining Jaloudi Law Hala Jaloudi founded and was a senior partner in her own law firm. She started her practice one client at a time and in a relatively short time she was representing thousands of clients all referred by word of mouth.
Hala has successfully handled thousands of personal injury claims and has a proven track record. She has obtained multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts on behalf of her clients. Hala is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey. She is also a licensed Pennsylvania State Attorney. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree with Honors from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1993, where she was also awarded the distinction of Best Oral Argument in Moot Court Competition. Her undergraduate degree, also with honors, was obtained from Rutgers University with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in 1989.
Recognized for her ability, integrity, and commitment to public service, in addition to running a successful personal injury practice, Hala was appointed by Mayor Parisi and served as a Public defender for the Borough of Englewood Cliffs from 1996 to 2004. Thereafter, she was appointed as the Board of Health Attorney from 2004 to 2009.
Her thoroughness, preparedness, and unrelenting advocacy make her a force in the courtroom. She tries cases other attorneys would usually turn away. Amongst those is a car accident case wherein the damage to the vehicle was only $200.00 and the injury was only a disc bulge. Hala tried this case and obtained a $300, 000.00 verdict for her client. She also litigated a complex jurisdiction issue related to an automobile accident that occurred overseas. She took the case to the New Jersey Supreme Court, which rendered a favorable decision that ultimately resulted in an eleven million dollar settlement.
