Ali D. Jaloudi, Esq. focuses his legal practice primarily on transactional matters. Mr. Jaloudi has successfully represented thousands of clients in real estate and business transactions, land use matters, immigration matters, as well as municipal and criminal court matters.
Ali’s real estate practice ranges from representing first-time homebuyers to sophisticated and experienced real estate investors and developers. He is sure to meticulously guide his clients and keep them informed and confident during the real estate transaction. He prides himself on his communication and negotiation skills.
Ali’s immigration practice is focused on family petitions, citizenship applications, and foreign investor applications.
He is bilingual, speaking English and Arabic.
Ali Jaloudi graduated from Rutgers University where he served as the student body Vice President of the Newark College of Art and Sciences and earned the 2010 Rutgers Legacy Award for his contributions to the University. At Rutgers Law School, he was a member of the prestigious Jessup International Law Moot Court, a Class Senator, and a member of the Rutgers Race and the Law Review.
He also served as a senior student attorney at the Rutgers Transactional Lawyering Clinic, where he represented clients in land use and zoning applications.
