Howard I. Gordon currently focuses his practice on PIP arbitration, representing medical providers seeking medical benefits before Forthright. Mr. Gordon also handles related matters of PIP litigation before the Superior Court and other appropriate venues.
Mr. Gordon has achieved a reputation in the industry for a detail-oriented approach resulting in the highest values for settlements and awards. In his over 15 years dedicated to the representation of medical providers in the PIP system, Mr. Gordon has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of medical providers. Mr. Gordon has also achieved success litigating PIP claims in the Superior Court of New Jersey when warranted.
Prior to focusing on PIP, Mr. Gordon was involved in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and real estate practice, including an appointment by Hon. Rosemary Gambardella, U.S.B.J. to a special committee on Chapter 13 Practice before the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Outside of the practice of law, Howard Gordon is active in both Kiwanis International, where he currently serves as New Jersey District Treasurer, and the Boy Scouts of America, where he has received numerous honors for his service both as a youth and adult including the Eagle Scout Award, the Silver Beaver and the Vigil Honor.
